Hello fabulous reader! Have you ever wanted to find a unique crochet hook but didn’t know where to get started? Or wanted something other than the plain metal ones (not that there is anything wrong with those as I use those extensively, but sometimes you need some pizazz in your life :) These amazing group of makers on Etsy have created handmade crochet hooks for you! And how awesome are they?
Etsy is a great place where you can find unique crochet hooks that people have hand made. I have bought so much from Etsy and will continue to use it as it is such a great platform to discover new makers and wonderful items :) . You can also contact any of the stores below and ask if they would have an entire set available for you or they may already have them available in the shop! If there are others I have missed please let me know and I will gladly add them. So without further ado, here is a massive list of over 40 shops to find handmade crochet hooks for your next project.

1 - Miramarwoods is one of my favorites with her hand-carved wooden crochet hooks made from wood she finds around her home. She is also one of the first maker features here on VAMICreations :) . You can find her crochet hooks and crochet patterns on her website which she updates periodically or and find out more about her on her Maker Feature.
2 - Harper Baby Hooks of the USA creates gorgeous and ergonomic crochet hooks to include some beautiful mermaid hooks, TV and book themed crochet hooks and more in their Etsy Shop.
3 - MorgansMane from California creates stunning crochet hooks of all sizes (she has made over 7000 for her shop!), most with a crystal on the end. Her crochet hooks have been chosen to celebrate the Crochet Guild of America 25 years Silver Anniversary in 2019 which is an amazing accomplishment! She also has sets of crochet hooks, hair sticks, and hair prongs available in her Etsy Shop.

4 - UnraveledEwe is Gene and Tami from Kansas who have created some beautiful, hand turned wooden crochet hooks of all sizes and shapes available in their Etsy shop . These crochet hooks can be created in the standard or chunky way depending upon what better fits your hand. 5 - Windhaven Fiber Tools in the US is an absolutely amazing Etsy shop built by a highly functioning autistic woman, her mother and sister. She does outstanding and beautiful work on all types of wooden fiber tools to include crochet hooks, shuttles of all sizes, weaving looms, and so much more!
6 - PolymerClayCreations of Oregon has a number of clay cane crochet hooks in her Etsy shop where you can also find clay stitch markers, stitch removers and more.
7 - Charismabuttonshop Charis from California has a number of crochet bamboo hooks of all shapes and sizes in her Etsy shop .
8 - Handmademom is Tina of California who creates fun crochet hooks out of a regular crochet hook and the magic of clay. She has crochet hooks like the three wizard set, Harry Potter themed, mermaid, toucan, chameleon, black labs and other dogs, frog (so cute, it would make you feel so much better after having to FROG a project :), an American Flag, and more in her Etsy shop .
9 - MyTatteredWhimsies is Andra from Maine who has created some amazing and stunning crochet hooks using Boye, Susan Bates , or Clover Amour croche hooks and clay.
