What gave you the idea/inspiration to start Magic Stone Vibe?
I always had passion for crystals and been using them in meditation practice. Gifting them to others is my greatest pleasure, but what I really wanted is for people to have them at all time. So, that’s how my idea came to create jewelry.
How did you get started in creating jewelry?
Well, I contacted my cousin and we elaborated on this topic and decided to partner together and start making bracelets.
What’s your favorite jewelry piece to create?
That’s a bit hard question since I enjoy working with all crystals, yet I’ve been drown to blue sandstone
How do you choose the accessories and stones you work with?
That’s something that is time consuming. There are thousands of different types of beads, shape and sizes pus it’s been harder to hunt right crystals during the covid.
How do you choose the pieces you create – ie is there something that you take inspiration from when you start a piece?
Intuition is my guide.
What would you tell a new jewelry designer for encouragement?
Go for it. Never doubt yourself. There is always someone who will love your creation.
What is something you are passionate about and why?
That’s a good question. Planting is one of my passion. Something that makes my soul sing. I can’t do without greenery around me. Even talking about it, excites me. There is nothing more thrilling than growing your own greens.
What is the most common question you get asked about your work?
How do I find the time for it?
What is one thing that you wish people knew about being a jewelry designer?
Enjoyment is the key. Just a thought that jewelry I made will be loved and cherished by others is so much rewarding.
If you had one (or several) things to share with a woman entrepreneur, what would it be? What would you encourage them about?
Never listen your monkey mind and don’t be afraid of expressing yourself. Do what makes you happy, others may like it or not, but important part is that you love it. It’s part of who you are. The only way you can be unique is if you listen your inner voice. Do not listen others, otherwise you will live their dream – Live your dream and go for it.
What is a lesson learned for being a woman entrepreneur that you wish someone had told you when you first started?
It’s pleasurable.
How has COVID changed or impacted your vision/strategy?
Covid impacted us all. My vision didn’t change, but I did have some challenges finding right crystals.
What is something that has helped you get through, during this global pandemic? Something that is encouraging or a positive thing for you?
In April 2020 I decided to get a dog. Something I didn’t plan to get in years. Many times I ask myself, how could I live without him. He’s really contributed to my happiness.
Fun question – if you could meet one person in history or present, who would it be and why?
I always wanted to meet Teal Swan, so I met her on one of her seminars in NYC. The second person would be Ester Hicks. They are responsible for who I became, I mean there are others spiritual teachers as well who I appreciate.
What is your dream for Magic Stone Vibe to be (where do you see Magic Stone Vibe in 5+ years)?
Present moment is something I prefer to stay in. In 5+ years we will see .
